BSEA Student Art Work Featured at the United Nations

Congratulations to Jerrell & Junior !

During the summer break two of our 8th graders were selected to exhibit their art work from their Climate Change  project during the Scream from Nature Children’s art installation and musical performance at the United Nations.

Jerrell and Junior along with Ms. Jennings, Ms. Morgerra & Ms. DeFilippis along with BSEA parents attended the UN art exhibition during the High Level Political Forum at the United Nations. Both students had the opportunity to meet with Ms. Solberg, Prime Minister of Norway as well as with Madam Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh, Vice-President of Vietnam.

Jerrell & Junior stands with the Deputy Commissioner Deanna Bitetti, Office of the Mayor of New York, as she delivers a statement on behalf of Mayor Bill de Blasio.
